Each registered player holds one account on sou777. The account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or permit another person to access or use your account under any circumstances.

2.1 Login Credentials

All financial transactions on sou777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Fees or charges imposed by your payment service provider are beyond sou777's control and are your responsibility.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on sou777 is ৳200. 3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

You agree to cooperate fully with any such review by providing requested documentation. sou777 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

3.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of a legitimate sou777 deposit is a material breach of these Terms. sou777 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, void all associated bets and winnings, and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through a chargeback process.

5.4 Responsible Use of Live Betting

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and sou777 shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the dispute through the formal dispute resolution process described in your account documentation.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any right or remedy that you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and sou777 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
